All credit card transactions are processed on a secure server of CCNOW and therefore CCNOW is appearing on your credit card statement instead of E-Jules.com This is done mostly to provide additional security of your transaction and to cut the costs for us, passing this saving to you in lower price. How long does it take to ship the item to me? We promise to make every effort to ship your order within 2-4 days after the confirmation of your payment is received. E-Jules Inc. is offering some really cool out-of showroom samples for sale in a separate section of its site. All of these are coming from Van Hill's showroom and are all brand new. Even so, many of them are slightly mutilated (this is done by most of the wholesale companies to avoid custom charges on samples) We try our best to disclose all the problems but you should be ready that some of the sample sale items may be slightly imperfect. And our customers generally do not have a problem with this - the prices for all these designer fashionable items are so outstanding! Our sample sale section is currently closed. You have 10 (ten) days from the day you placed your order to get in touch with us and report that you would like to return an item. For refunds, your returned merchandise must be received no later than within three weeks from the date of your original order. All returned merchandise must be in an original condition. We do not return the shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping. Will gladly process a credit for your return in a form of an original payment (if you paid with a money order you will be sent a check for the amount of credit).
